Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in business/IT/CS or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible business analysis experience minimum.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and ability to apply analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for large and complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, elicit and document requirements, and develop user stories, use cases, and process models.
• Translate business needs into actionable designs and develop functional specifications for processes, data, and integrations.
• Lead testing activities including integration and user acceptance testing; support implementation planning and change management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leaders regarding process improvement and technology opportunities.
