Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst and program leader to analyze organizational needs and drive major improvements across the enterprise. The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic leadership to enhance processes, ensure compliance, and guide critical programs.

You will lead major re-engineering initiatives, develop strategic guidance, and serve as a primary project manager from planning through delivery, including IT audit support and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement (Six Sigma).
• Experience with MS Visio, MS Project or JIRA.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information to prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and manage business process development and re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments.
• Serve as project manager overseeing full lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Develop project schedules, test plans, manage resources, ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings; maintain records.
• Offer SME input in domains like IT audit support, RIM, and cybersecurity policy.
