Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and PIRL.
• 4-7 years of experience planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business and functional requirements with business and technical groups.
• 4-7 years of experience developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses.
• 4-7 years of experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems.
• 4-7 years of experience collecting requirements across multiple program areas with varying needs.
• 4-7 years of experience developing Business Requirement Documents and Software Requirement Specifications.
• 4-7 years of experience facilitating remote workshops and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the Information, Innovation & Insight Department and business stakeholders.
• Perform complex to advanced business analysis across all phases of solution projects.
• Document detailed system requirements including functional, technical, and security aspects.
• Write and groom user stories with owners and technical teams.
• Create business process maps and conceptual models to support project needs.
• Develop and execute test cases ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Review and evaluate test cases based on requirements.
