Job summary

Air InfoSec, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Texas Workforce Commission on workforce program technology initiatives. This role provides technical assistance to I|3 staff and business stakeholders overseeing one or more projects concurrently.

The Senior Business Analyst coordinates and leads meetings to understand and document business operations, systems, and user needs, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of requirements for technology solutions that enhance business

Qualifications

Must have substantial experience with WIOA and PIRL.
Experience leading gathering and analysis of business/functional requirements with business and tech groups.
Ability to map business processes and perform fit-gap analyses.
Proven problem-solving skills and troubleshooting of software systems.
Experience collecting requirements across multiple program areas with varying needs.
Experience developing BRDs and SRSs.
Experience facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams in remote environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders across concurrent projects.
Lead meetings to document business operations, systems, and user needs.
Ensure comprehensive analysis of requirements for technology solutions.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document software defects and coordinate fixes with the Technical Lead.
Work independently in a highly collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
Assist with development of project artifacts throughout the life cycle.
Coordinate with project teams to manage multiple project timelines.
