You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements, document solutions, and support development and testing efforts while upholding OD’s values and commitment to growth.

Qualifikationen

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Create functional design specifications for new development and major enhancements.
• Document and maintain IT relationships to ensure compliance with SDLC processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with Scrum teams.

Aufgaben

• Create functional design specs for development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers to craft compliant interfaces.
• Develop and maintain acceptance criteria and test plans.
