The role emphasizes collaboration with OD Technology, participation in Agile ceremonies, and mentoring teammates. A strong technical background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in an IT environment as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in systems design, end-user support, and ABI/Workday integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements or solutions.
• Develop requirements for cross-domain process or system solutions with stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into backlog items for development teams and ensure clarity.
• Maintain and ensure traceability of business process documentation.
• Provide functional design specs and guidance to developers and testers.
• Collaborate with OD Technology and training teams; participate in Agile scrums.
