Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business and functional requirements with business and technical groups.
• Experience developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses.
• Experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems.
• Experience collecting requirements across multiple program areas with varying needs.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements.
• Experience developing BRDs and Software Requirements Specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams remotely.
• Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading team members with testing.
• Experience implementing and testing interfaces with large legacy systems.
• Experience supporting project lifecycle artifacts and plans.
• Experience with SDLC management software such as HP ALM or Atlassian.
• Experience with WIOA and PIRL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to staff and business stakeholders across projects.
• Coordinate and lead meetings to document operations, systems, and user needs.
• Analyze requirements for technology solutions to enhance business value.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and document defects.
• Coordinate defect resolution with the project's Technical Lead.
