Job summary

The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Office of Data Sharing. This role acts as a liaison between the IT organization and business partners, developing comprehensive SOWs, analyzing complex issues, and leveraging AI tools to rapidly produce documentation, end-to-end process flows, screen designs, and use cases.

Collaborating with developers and end users, the analyst will model system requirements, facilitate testing, and deliver end-user training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems and 3 years of systems or business analysis experience.
• Two or more years’ experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business modeling and use case design concepts, information systems and software development life cycles.
• Nine years of relevant business analysis/information systems experience.
