Job summary

The State of Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, crafting detailed SOWs and end-to-end documentation. You will model system requirements, guide testing, and enable rapid documentation via AI tools.

Responsibilities span collaborating with developers and stakeholders, designing UAT, and creating screen designs and process flows. This role emphasizes adaptability and strong communications in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or proven equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of systems analysis and/or business analysis experience.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Nine (9) years of relevant business analysis/information systems experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the IT organization and the business partner.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive SOW documents with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyzes complex business issues and defines detailed requirements leveraging AI tools for documentation.
• Collaborates with developers and end users to model systems requirements and create workflow diagrams.
• Develops and executes UAT scenarios and test cases with stakeholders.
• Utilizes AI-driven prototyping tools to build UI mockups and validate concepts.
