Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, and validate business needs for IT projects and initiatives.
• Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Model data, workflows, and systems for process optimization and automation.
• Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
• Perform gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Support testing activities, UAT, and system validation.
• Provide input on IT solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, applying knowledge to drive improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and processes for IT solutions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
