Job summary

Georgia Technology Authority is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Office of Data Sharing and serve as a bridge between IT and business partners. You will craft detailed SOWs, define requirements, and develop end-to-end process flows and use cases to guide project work.

You will work with developers and end users, leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation, modeling, and testing. A Bachelor’s in CS/IS and 3+ years of BA experience are required, with a hybrid work option in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or proven equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of systems analysis and/or business analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business modeling and use case design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the IT organization and business partners to document needs and drive solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) detailing scope, timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex business issues and translate needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements for software teams.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to model requirements, create process flows and manage UAT scenarios.
