Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Compensation to support the Enterprise HR Tools & Platforms team and its compensation platforms.

You will help drive modernization, transform business processes, and translate complex requirements into clear specifications for engineering and design teams. You will collaborate with HR, Compensation, Engineering, and business stakeholders, driving testing strategies, UAT, and solution adoption across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst and 2+ years as a Systems Analyst.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• Experience with test planning, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy, and communication skills.
• Experience writing SQL queries and validating large datasets.
• translate business processes into system functionality, configurations, and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and testing strategies.
• Provide ongoing platform support and contribute to the roadmap of enterprise HR platforms.
• Analyze data and support data visualization and reporting needs across platforms.
