Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver strategic analysis for business units, understand customer strategy, processes, services and roadmaps, and drive documentation of capabilities needed to address challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale projects and handling day-to-day requests.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
• Ability to create and interpret dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business analysis to business partners.
• Document capabilities to address business challenges.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects with project documentation and milestones.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions.
• Produce project analysis documents (BRD, scope matrix, use cases, UAT plan).
