Qualifications

• 70 years of professional experience with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with data analytics in healthcare, tele-health, or highly regulated industries.
• Bachelora0 degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or related field.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency; strong experience with Python or R.
• Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics).
• Understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive analytics strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
• Shape KPI frameworks tied to patient outcomes and provider performance.
• Support regulatory reporting needs and ensure analytical frameworks align.
• Clean, organize, and analyze data daily to provide trends and quality measures.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting using SQL, Python, or R.
• Build scalable data models for enterprise-level reporting.
• Lead presentations and translate data into strategic recommendations.
