Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. The contract extends 10+ months with W2 or C2C arrangements, starting in November 2026.

Responsibilities center on elicitation, documentation, and coordination across the SDLC, with emphasis on business-process reengineering, user stories, wireframes, and traceability. Government/education domain exp is a plus.

Formación

• Eight+ years of senior-level business analysis experience.
• Documented Atlassian Jira experience.
• Background with education agencies or education tech vendors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Develop business/functional requirements, user stories, use cases, SRS, flows, UML, wireframes, and mockups.
• Manage requirements across the SDLC, including change control, traceability, and UAT coordination.
• Eight years eliciting and documenting system requirements across software lifecycles and reengineering processes.
• Eight years crafting user stories/use cases and aligning UX mockups with best practices.
• Eight years of strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organizational skills; 4 years with Jira.
