Qualifications

8+ years eliciting requirements from interviews with customers
8+ years in software development life cycles (SDLCs)
8+ years business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
8+ years developing user stories and use cases that conform to BA practices
8+ years designing mockups and/or wireframes
8+ years strong communication and facilitation skills
8+ years strong writing and organization skills
4+ years documented work experience with Atlassian Jira
3+ years documented work experience with Modern Requirements
2+ years supporting complaint and case management workflows
2+ years experience with educator certification processes or state funding programs

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements using JAD, workshops, interviews, document analysis, scenarios, and use cases.
Analyze business processes and system capabilities to automate or improve systems.
Write clear business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and SRS documents.
Create visual outputs like process flows, context diagrams, UML, wireframes, and mockups.
Manage lifecycle activities: deadlines, change control, UAT coordination, and traceability.
