Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and other requirements-gathering activities.
• Write clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria and development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements and user stories.
• Review requirements for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with project goals.
• Build process flows, diagrams, specifications, and supporting docs.
• Lead backlog refinement and work with teams to prioritize needs.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate changes, risks, and impacts to clients and internal teams.
• Demo features to clients and stakeholders; foster strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts and improve BA practices.
