Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and other requirements-gathering activities.
• Write clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria and development tasks.

• Build process flows, diagrams, specifications, and supporting docs.
• Lead backlog refinement and work with teams to prioritize needs.

• Demo features to clients and stakeholders; foster strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts and improve BA practices.

Atomsix is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an international project, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in the United States.We are looking for someone with strong experience in digital agency environments and MarTech projects, who can bridge business needs, client expectations, and technical execution throughout the full project lifecycle.The ideal candidate is highly organized, consultative, client-focused, and comfortable working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and QA teams.

Responsabilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders;Lead discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and other requirements-gathering activities;Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks;Review requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and alignment with project goals;Create process flows, diagrams, specifications, and supporting documentation;Lead and participate in backlog refinement sessions;Partner with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements and define project needs;Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle;Communicate requirement changes, enhancements, risks, and impacts to clients and internal teams;Demo completed features and solutions to clients and stakeholders;Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and QA professionals;Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams;Provide guidance and support to junior Business Analysts;Contribute to improving requirements-gathering processes, documentation standards, and BA best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience across the web project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and release;5+ years of experience in a digital agency environment, particularly with MarTech projects;Strong experience as a Business Analyst in digital and technology projects;2–5 years of Product Management and/or Project Management experience;5+ years of experience working with CMS platforms;Experience with Contentstack, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore, WordPress Atlas, and/or Uniform is a plus;Strong understanding of web page structure, components, and digital experiences;Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility requirements;Experience with Quality Assurance and software testing processes;Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments;Strong ability to write clear, structured, and actionable user stories and requirements;Experience managing requirements and backlogs using Jira or Azure DevOps;Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Miro;Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills;Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
