Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, asset management or financial services.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Wealth Management or similar financial products preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL; exposure to Agile and Scrum teams is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Confluence to manage workflows and progress.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders, product managers, and developers for financial services products.
• Provide insights on financial systems structure and regulatory compliance.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities across financial products.
• Identify and propose process improvements in operations, reporting, and compliance workflows.
• Conduct market research on FinTech trends to keep the company innovative.
• Develop documentation: use cases, user stories, process flows, and technical specs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech, asset management, or financial services industry.
• Knowledge and experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Wealth Management, or other financial products would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar tools to manage workflows and track project progress.

• Project Management Support: Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or other platforms to manage and track project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure products meet business needs through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ongoing feedback.
