Qualifications

• 2–5 years of business analysis or requirements gathering experience.
• Proficient with Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, diagrams, and test documents.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products like SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
