Job summary

Raft is a US-based, remote-first company seeking a Senior Business Analyst to guide requirements reviews and liaise with developers, clients and stakeholders to ensure value delivery. The role requires 3-5 years in a technical capacity, strong communication, and experience with agile methodologies and data analytics.

The position may require up to 10% travel, a Bachelor's degree, and a Active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role.
• Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams.
• Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations.
• Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis.
• Act as a proxy for users by interfacing with developers, SMEs, stakeholders and testers to ensure end-state functionality.
