Raft, a remote-first technology partner, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to guide requirements, support clients, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer value. You will interface with developers, SMEs, stakeholders, and testers to validate needs and translate them into actionable specifications.

Required are 3–5 years in a technical role, strong communication, and experience with agile frameworks, data analytics, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role.
• Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile development teams.
• Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations.
• Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and readiness analysis.
• Research and capture business needs and act as proxy for users and customers with developers and stakeholders.
• Ensure end-state functionality fulfills identified customer value.
