Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional solutions. The role emphasizes requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management, with preference for those who have worked on workflow applications like OMC/AMC/DMC.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, create BRDs/FRDs, and support SDLC activities from conception through UAT and production rollout.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong experience with business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document BRDs and FRDs.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement; define acceptance criteria and support SDLC.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthroughs.
