• Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
• Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, and capture stated/unstated needs.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and perform 100% test coverage checks.
• Support project managers and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repositories through whitepapers and reusable components.
