Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will document BRDs, FRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, create process flows and use cases, support UAT and defect tracking, and communicate project status to stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
