Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional solutions. The role emphasizes requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management, with preference for those who have worked on workflow applications like OMC/AMC/DMC.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, create BRDs/FRDs, and support SDLC activities from conception through UAT and production rollout.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. Previous experience working with OMC, AMC, DMC, or similar workflow applications will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Define acceptance criteria and support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions
• Coordinate between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Perform current-state and future-state analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support UAT, defect clarification, requirement validation, and production implementation activities.Track requirements through completion and maintain requirement traceability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve requirement and workflow-related issues.
• Prepare business process flows, functional documentation, presentations, and status reports.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, development, QA, architecture, and product teams.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
