Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience performing software analysis and requirements gathering
• 6+ years of experience implementing both custom and off-the-shelf business systems
• 6+ years of experience in User Experience and Usability
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Business Analytics or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project
• Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams

Responsibilities

• Proactively meet with customers to understand their business needs and project goals.
• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design.
• Gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments and develop functional specifications to support IT solutions.
• Lead customers through the requirements process with decomposition, prototyping, and mapping.
• Create documentation such as statements of work, business requirements documents, user stories, process diagrams and project plans.
• Communicate requirements to development teams through specifications and user stories.
• Lead test strategy including test plans and test execution; prepare training materials and provide training.
• Manage and organize multiple projects ensuring timely completion.
• Lead presales activities including scoping, proposals, and coordination of resources.
• Act as customer engagement manager to deliver scope on time and on budget.
• Presales lead for high-level requirements and estimates.
• Plan, execute, and close projects; monitor timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
