Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery and analysis for the State of SC, Spartanburg County IT documentation initiative. You will gather requirements, map processes, and coordinate with SMEs to produce SOPs and runbooks for disaster recovery and governance.

The role requires 10+ years of BA experience in complex IT environments, strong elicitation and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Visio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT/tech environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Visio for process maps and diagrams.
• Experience with SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or IT disciplines.
• Ability to translate undocumented processes into structured artifacts.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and County stakeholders.
• Inventory existing documentation across technical and operational domains.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, roles, dependencies, and gaps.
• Create process maps, data flows, matrices, using Visio and 365 tools.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and governance.
• Validate requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
