Job summary

Globalgate IT Solutions LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with exceptional communication to work with business users, Product Managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and support UAT and testing.

You will analyze legacy systems, drive process improvements, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance and secure, accessible solutions while coordinating with agile teams and delivering clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior BA.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and creating user stories.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps/Jira.
• Experience leading UAT and testing large/enterprise applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document existing and new business requirements.
• Analyze legacy CAI application and ensure important functionality is retained during modernization.
• Work with business teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize requirements and connect them to applicable policies or legislative requirements.
• Work with Product Managers, Developers, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and project issues.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Perform functional testing and help validate system changes.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide project updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
