The role partners with business, IT, vendors, and product owners to drive requirements, testing, and process improvements across web and mobile platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise transformation, experience with Salesforce products and SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise transformation
• Experience with Salesforce products and SAP S/4HANA
• Payments product experience, including payment processing workflows
• Data cleansing, conversion, and validation experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define future-state processes and collect business requirements
• Support digital products, channels, and payment platforms across web and mobile
• Lead requirement sessions and document functional specs
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and defect resolution with stakeholders and vendors
• Assist with deployment planning and change management
