Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable requirements and testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Business Analysis or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, or tokenized deposits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing and ensure changes align with regulatory and operational needs.
• Partner with product, operations, tech, and compliance to deliver digital asset projects.
