Western Alliance Bank seeks an EC Senior Business Analyst - Digital Assets to drive the digital assets strategy. You will translate business goals into detailed requirements and coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, create user stories, validate designs, and oversee testing and operational readiness for wallets, stablecoins, APIs, and other digital asset services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Business Analysis, Banking Operations, Product Delivery, Treasury Management, Payments, Technology, or related financial services roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of digital asset ecosystems including use cases around buying, selling, sending and receiving digital assets, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking operations, treasury management, deposit operations, payment processing, and commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, ISO 20022, file transmission methods (SFTP/FTP), and system integration concepts.
• Project management and testing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for digital assets.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate testing including UAT and production validation.
• Track project progress, manage requirement changes, and communicate impacts, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state processes for digital asset products.
