Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Digital Assets to shape product strategy, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk.

You will translate objectives into user stories, design future-state processes, oversee testing, and drive deployment of digital wallets, stablecoins, APIs, and tokenized services while ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in business analysis, banking operations, or payments.
• Experience defining business requirements and coordinating testing across large programs.
• Familiar with REST APIs, ISO 20022, and file transfer protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for digital asset initiatives.
• Translate objectives into business requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Drive workshops and stakeholder meetings to define future-state processes.
• Coordinate testing and ensure alignment with compliance and operations.
• Support product lifecycle from discovery to post-production support.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to deliver solutions.
