Job summary

Qualifications

- 5+ years in Business Analysis or related financial services roles.
- Knowledge of digital asset ecosystems including stablecoins and tokenized deposits.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for digital asset initiatives and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define future-state processes.
- Translate objectives into functional specs, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- Analyze end-to-end workflows for automation, risk reduction, and client experience improvements.
- Ensure alignment with compliance and operational capabilities.
