Job summary

Western Alliance Bank, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation, seeks a Portfolio Manager 2 for the Digital Assets Group to analyze, structure, underwrite, and onboard digital asset accounts in compliance with policies and procedures.

You will interface with clients, coordinate financing requests, and ensure loan processing aligns with lending policies, while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations (deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, loan structuring, and pricing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to assess credit needs and determine structure.
• Gather and analyze information for financing requests for approval.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans per policy and customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-through with customers and staff.
• Handle underwriting, portfolio management, and servicing tasks for new and existing portfolios.
