Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the United States to partner with DevTools engineers and stakeholders. The role focuses on turning complex technology initiatives into clear requirements, supporting CI/CD recovery, repository governance, and potential platform migrations.

You will document processes, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery expectations while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical conversations into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, DevTools, repository governance, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, dependencies, governance standards, decisions, and procedures.
• Strong project oversight including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve daily work and encourage responsible adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DevTools engineers and stakeholders to capture, clarify, document, and maintain requirements across CI/CD recovery, repository governance, and curation initiatives.
• Translate technical conversations into clear business and technical requirements, workflows, processes, decisions, and deliverables.
• Document recovery procedures, governance standards, operational processes, dependencies, and future-state workflows.
• Track project scope, milestones, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; identify gaps and blockers.
• Apply CI/CD concepts and tools knowledge when documenting current-state and future-state processes (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory).
• Support repository governance and DevSecOps by documenting standards, ownership structures, and open-source governance processes.
• Contribute to discovery and readiness activities for potential GitHub migrations including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Facilitate alignment between engineers and stakeholders by recording decisions, action items, questions, changes, and scope adjustments.
• Maintain organized project documentation for visibility into requirements, processes, decisions, and delivery status.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and collaboration and promote responsible adoption.
• Support project oversight and execution of deliverables with strong focus on client expectations and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams and provide guidance to support successful delivery.
