Responsibilities

• Develop step-by-step migration guides, checklists, procedures, and troubleshooting documentation for migrating data repositories to the new system.
• Collaborate with database administrators, developers, IT support, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data mappings.
• Identify and implement appropriate systems analysis procedures and facilitate requirements-gathering activities with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning, promote the effective use of technical services to resolve business problems, and manage customer expectations.
• Organize and maintain project documentation in a centralized repository, ensuring materials remain accurate and current.
• Proofread and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Evaluate migration outcomes, update documentation as needed, and incorporate feedback from end users and project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing technical standards, procedures, and policies that meet customer and departmental needs.
