Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Experience in senior/lead Business Analyst roles.
• Experience with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficient with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.

• Analyze court workflows and operations to identify improvements.
• Document current and future-state processes and system interactions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
