Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in card processing or disputes. The role requires extensive collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams, as well as strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

You will create BRD/FRS, write user stories and epics, and drive process improvements across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with card processing or card disputes preferred.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, user stories, epics, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Analyze current and future state processes and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with multiple teams across geographies; provide status updates to leadership.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies; facilitate UAT and defect triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories and Epics
• Use Cases
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Data Mapping Documents
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
