Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst onsite. The role requires 10+ years of experience and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

You will translate needs into BRD/FRS, create user stories and use cases, map data, and design process flows.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, User Stories and Epics, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Mapping Documents.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
