Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in Berkeley Heights, NJ, seeks a senior Business Analyst with card processing or card disputes experience. This onsite role requires 10+ years of experience and collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to gather and document requirements.

You will translate business needs into BRD, FRS, user stories, epics, data mappings, and process flows, while leading UAT, agile ceremonies, and cross‑functional coordination across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, User Stories and Epics, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Mapping Documents.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
