Outsourcey in the United States seeks a seasoned Business Analyst / Product Owner to bridge product managers and engineering teams. You will translate requirements into clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and guide backlog from ideation to delivery.

You will collaborate across time zones, including Bangkok, and use AI tools daily to improve test design and documentation. This role emphasizes remote work, strong communication, and hands-on backlog management with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as BI Analyst or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS in agile
• Clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to read data mappings, REST APIs and specs
• Experience leading UAT with clients and partners
• Hands-on with backlog tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Daily use of AI tools for writing, analysis and test design
• Ability to work remotely across time zones including Bangkok
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Preferred: hospitality tech, payments, or fintech exposure
• Familiarity with POS/OTA or cash management workflows

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into clear, testable user stories.
• Refine features with PM into deliverable work for sprints.
• Be PM's delivery partner; first contact for developer questions.
• Support lanes Core/Growth; recommend priority and release timing.
• Break down features into stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with tech lead on technical criteria.
• Document requirements, data mappings, business rules, and integrations.
• Backlog grooming with Azure DevOps; planning and standups involvement.
• Coordinate and lead UAT with clients and partners.
• Capture client requests and route to PM intake.
• Enable clients and partners during onboarding to new releases.
• Use AI to draft stories and test cases; oversee quality.
• Direct AI coding agent for small enhancements with code review.
