Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with software, data or AI initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for business and executive audiences.
• Experience with BRDs, requirements gathering, workshops, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, startup-like environment experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL queries.
• Experience with creating work efficiencies using AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and present business requirements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, test cases, timelines, workflows, and decision logs.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and project status meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
