Responsibilities

Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
Define functional specs and provide user/operational support.
Identify risks and impacts, ensuring compliance and sound judgment.
Operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate autonomy.
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
