Overview

The Senior Business Analyst supports Sales Operations by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, analyzing system and reporting needs, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, coordinating testing activities, and developing reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce-related business process and data issues.
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support business operations and performance tracking.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Certification/Licensure

• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Salesforce users and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $97,156.80 - $142,584.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
