We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Assess, plan and conduct communication and organizational change management tasks
• Assesses training needs, plan, conduct training on processes and tools
• Interview and survey stakeholders to assess training needs
• Develop training curriculum, presentations and support documentation
• Conduct post training assessments, measure training outcomes, and apply continuous improvement
• Become and expert on BOS tools and processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes as well as adoption
• Interface and build relationships with stakeholders that include state business users and solution vendors
• Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards
• Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation
• Identify and report issues and risks
• Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions
• Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance
• Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed
• Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large, complex Medicaid system implementation projects and/or Medicaid business operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting one or more state Medicaid Programs / MMIS, including providing training, communications development or organizational change management
• Minimum 3 years of experience with elicitation and verification of business and technical requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience with system development methodology and project management principles
• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation, project and technical architecture and design deliverables/artifacts
• Undergraduate degree
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication including presentation and meeting facilitation
• Technical or professional writing skills, excellent written communication
• Experience in consulting or Quality Assurance
• Strong time management and self-management skills
• Strong planning and project coordination skills including teamwork
• Expert level skill in Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and/or Outlook
• Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors
• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
• Strong customer service, client centered attitude
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $79,920- $115,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
