A rapidly growing cybersecurity consultancy in North America is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and impactful decision-making across the organization. This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced professional with a sharp analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving business challenges at scale.

Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams
Translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
Analyze and document processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Guide and mentor junior analysts, helping elevate the broader team’s capabilities
Lead stakeholder communications and status reporting across multiple projects
Champion scalable and simple solutions across core business functions like Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery
Drive organizational change and continuous learning with a proactive mindset

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Business, IT, Finance, or equivalent work experience
5+ years in business analysis, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
️ Deep experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process diagramming (Lucidchart, etc.)
Broad business acumen across Sales, Quoting, Finance (GL, AP, AR), and Project Management
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience mentoring or training junior team members
