Job Title: Business Analyst – M&A Integration (OT/SCADA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to support post-merger integration initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in M&A integration, system transition, and business process analysis, with a solid technical understanding of OT environments.

You will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding of acquired entities and aligning their systems with enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the integration of OT/SCADA assets following business acquisitions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements
Identify interdependencies and perform impact analysis across systems and processes
Assist in vendor onboarding including RFPs, SOWs, and proposal evaluations
Support change management, milestone tracking, and cutover planning
Maintain integration documentation and contribute to program-level reporting

Must-Have Qualifications

7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
2+ years of experience in M&A or post-merger technology integration
Hands-on experience with OT/SCADA systems, including HMI and control systems
Strong skills in interdependency mapping, impact analysis, and process documentation
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys)
Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Energy industries
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting (nice to have)
