Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in analyzing complex technical systems and adept at translating intricate business needs into actionable, impactful solutions. This role is crucial for streamlining project workflows and enhancing collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex technical systems to identify core business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence extensively to manage projects, track tasks, facilitate efficient communication, and maintain comprehensive documentation for enhanced project clarity.
• Collaborate proactively with diverse teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful project execution.
• Leverage strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights, formulate data-driven recommendations, and optimize processes for both telecommunications and broader IT projects.

Qualifications:

• 2 -5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven proficiency in analyzing complex technical systems and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management, task tracking, communication, and documentation.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of successful engagement with engineering, development, and business stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with a history of making data-driven recommendations and optimizing processes.
• Experience in telecommunications or wireless technologies is a plus.
• Capable of leading daily Scrum Stand-Ups.
