Qualifications

• 10 years of IT experience performing business analysis across complex systems.
• Experience in elicitation, documentation, and communication of requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and workshops.
• Experience supervising teams and conducting performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BA team, mentor analysts, and manage performance.
• Lead complex requirements sessions with executives, owners, SMEs, and tech partners.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language and create artifacts.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and communications for business audiences.
• Review vendor deliverables and remediation plans for quality.
